Brittany Poorman

Brittany is the closing manager here at Universal and works primarily with ensuring that everything is ready for the closing table. She started with our team in 2019 and does have her notary license, so there’s a possibility that you might see her if you come in to get some documents notarized.

A lot of Brittany’s world revolves around her family which includes her two daughters, Lyla and Lily as well as her husband, Shane and their two dogs, Tizzy and Oreo. She has a real can-do attitude, but she’s the last person we would recommend you call if you need a spider squashed.
