NO “JUNK” FEES

Buying a property is already stressful and expensive enough, so we do our best to keep your money where it belongs – in your pocket. We don’t believe in charging buyers for things like notary fees, wire transfers, overnight packages, or “doc prep.” It is so important for buyers to pay attention to their closing costs and make sure that they aren’t paying extra for services that should be included in their transaction from the beginning.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

Your time is valuable to us, too! We are committed to making every effort to close when and where is most convenient to you. We service all of Pennsylvania and have closers that may be able to travel directly to your property for closing. Our team is able to offer these allowances on a case-by-case basis, but if you have worries about traveling to our office or closing during traditional office hours, let our Client Coordinator Team know and they are happy to accommodate however necessary.

SPECIALIZED TEAM

Unlike most settlement companies, our team is structured so that every member of our staff is working to close your transaction. Our employees are given a specific part of the transaction to keep track of and perfect – this ensures that things are less likely to slip through the cracks. As your file goes through our production line, everyone has the opportunity to review the transaction details and make sure that everything is done according to the book.
