Alicia has been with Universal Settlement Services for 18 months and brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as a Commercial & Client Specialist. As a licensed title agent, she thrives on the complexities of title work, especially the unique challenges that come with commercial transactions. For Alicia, every title search is like solving a puzzle, and she’s always asking the right questions to grow professionally and ensure smooth closings.

Before joining Universal, Alicia spent 13.5 years as a closing coordinator for a law firm, where she learned extensively from the attorneys she worked alongside.

Outside the office, she lives with her husband, three boys, two cats, and two dogs—making for a wonderfully chaotic household! Alicia also has a love for pretty stationery and fun pens, and a hidden talent for making her own cards for birthdays, holidays, and everything in between.
